Refund Policy

Free reading costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. For Pro, here is how it works.

Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay (through Paddle)

Pro purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have a 14-day right to cancel and get a refund, starting on the day of purchase. Elsewhere we offer the same 14 days as a courtesy: if Pro isn't for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it. To ask, email enerchi@anoran.id with the email you used to buy, or use the link in your Paddle receipt.

Monthly and yearly renewals: you can cancel any time in Me → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Renewal payments are generally not refunded unless required by law or you contact us within 48 hours of an unexpected renewal.
Free trial: cancel before the 7 days end and you are not charged.

How long it takes

We answer within a few working days. After approval, refunds usually reach you in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When a refund is made your Pro access ends.
